What we collect
When you submit a quote request we store your name, phone number, email address, area or postcode, the service you selected, how urgent it is and any job details you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work and arrange an appointment. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We record anonymous events — page views, call button clicks, WhatsApp clicks and quote submissions — with a random session identifier stored in your browser. This tells us how the website performs. It does not identify you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to complete the work and meet accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage for essential functions (your cookie choice and an anonymous analytics session id). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
