Quotes and pricing
Quotes are given in writing and are valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed once agreed. If the work required changes once we're on site, we stop, explain the change and re-quote before continuing.
Bookings and access
Appointment windows are estimates. Please make sure someone over 18 is present and that we can access the affected area, water isolation points and the electricity supply where needed.
Emergency call-outs
Emergency work is charged at the rate quoted before we travel. The call-out fee covers attendance, diagnosis and making the property safe; repair work is quoted separately.
Guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Parts and appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee excludes damage caused by third parties, misuse or unrelated faults.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment window. Later cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless account terms have been agreed in writing. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
Liability
We hold full public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
